Stuart had the opportunity to go hunt buffalo in Santa Fe, NM . His boss, paid for all of the Superintendents to go on this trip and kill buffalo. In all, 13 buffalo were killed, including this one of Stuarts. Now we have a freezer overflowing with buffalo burger, steaks, and roast. It literally tastes just like beef.
